The Accounting Clerk programme is a 44-week diploma course registered under the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. The programme is partially self-facilitating, in that the student is provided with self-directed learning modules. If the student has difficulty with any particular area, they receive one-on-one instruction with one of the instructors present in the classrooms. Class meets Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  "During our peak periods, afternoon classes will be scheduled."

The Medical Administration programme is a 42-week diploma course registered under the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. A vital link in any medical office is its management. If you are interested in a career in office administration with a focus on the medical field, this course is for you. The programme is partially self-facilitating, in that the student is provided with self-directed learning modules. The Personal Support Worker programme is a 35-week, part-time or 20-week, full-time diploma course registered under the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. This programme was developed as part of the Ontario Government’s plan to reform long-term care and support services which are provided to people in long-term care facilities or living at home in the community. A PSW assists with the tasks of daily living. Services are provided in homes and apartments in the community, in long-term care facilities, congregate housing settings, hospitals and day programmes. Personal Support Workers must develop a broad range of abilities beyond dexterity skills. They must provide not only for the comfort, safety and well-being of their clients, but also demonstrate sensitivity and respect for those in their care. The attitude, abilities and approach of the worker are critical to the well-being and health of the people they support. In the part-time course, class meets one to two evenings per week from 6:00pm – 10:00pm and approximately one or two weekends per month. In the full-time course, class meets 5 days per week from 9:00am – 4:00pm. There is a placement component at the end of both the full and part-time courses.

This is a programme developed especially for the educational environment. It is intended to address the vast changes that have taken place in Special Education in recent years. It has been fully registered with the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. This programme is a full time intensive 1100 hour course consisting of both classroom and practical training. This programme has been condensed from a 2 year to a 1 year programme in order to accommodate student preferences. The Education Assistant provides a valuable service in an area of support, designed to meet the needs of students with special needs. The role varies from situation to situation, but some of the more frequent assignments include assistance with the delivery of special education programmes, resource centre assignments, kindergarten assistance, school-to-community support and one-on-one assistance for hard-to-serve children.

The Legal Administration programme is a 42-week diploma course registered under the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.The Legal Administration programme offers the student a comprehensive study of legal procedures, terminology and documents, as well as practical job placement experience. The programme is partially self-facilitating, in that the student is provided with self-directed learning modules. The Office Administration programme is a 28-week diploma course is registered under the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. The programme is partially self-facilitating, in that the student is provided with self-directed learning modules. The Pharmacy Technician programme is a 29-week diploma course registered under the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. The graduate of this course is prepared to work in retail and hospital pharmacy environments. Upon successful completion of the programme, the graduate may apply to the Ontario College of Pharmacists to write the Ontario Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam. Class meets Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
